Sizes and cut lists
- Width and height typed in millimetres, from 300 mm upward with no upper limit
- Nineteen product types: fixed, sliding on 2, 3 and 4 track, casement, doors, top hung, ventilator, louvre, partition and separate mesh
- Glass cut size worked out per panel, not per window
- Mesh cloth size for every mesh panel, including add-on mesh on any product
- Profile cut list with length and piece count for frame, shutter, interlock, bead, mullion and mesh frame

Your sections, your rates
Profile systems
Add as many systems as you run. Each holds its own sections — code, name, role, face width and weight per metre — and its own set of deductions. Upload a photograph or drawing of each section so the shop floor sees exactly what was quoted.
Glass, mesh and finishes
Your own list with your own rate per square foot. Fifteen glass types and five mesh types are there to start with; edit them, delete them, add your own. Finishes carry a multiplier on the aluminium cost.
Accessories
Eighteen common accessories are pre-loaded with editable rates. Add any number of your own. On an item you pick the accessory, the quantity and — if that job is different — a different rate.
Four ways to price
Rate per square foot, rate per square metre, a lump sum for the unit, or built up from aluminium weight plus glass plus mesh plus accessories plus labour. A manual total overrides all four.

The printed quotation
An A4 document with your logo and company details, the client block, an item table with a scaled drawing of every product, the full specification under each line, a glass schedule, a mesh schedule, the totals with tax, the amount in words, your bank details, your terms and a signature block.
Choose Save as PDF in the print dialog and you have a file to email. It works the same on a phone.
