Quotations for aluminium doors & windows, worked out properly.

Type a size in millimetres. Get the glass cut size, the mesh cut size, the profile cut list and the price — from your own sections and your own rates. Build the project, print the quotation, hand it to the client.

The problem

Every quotation is the same arithmetic, done again by hand.

Deduct the frame. Deduct the shutter. Work out the glass. Add the mesh. Count the accessories. Multiply by the rate. Do it forty times for one house, then do it again when the client changes the colour.

Sizes get worked out twice

Once for the quotation and once for the factory — and the two do not always match.

The cut sizes live in someone's head

When that person is on leave, the glass gets ordered wrong.

Rates change, quotations do not

Aluminium moved last month. Half your quotations are still on the old rate.

Orders & follow-ups

From enquiry to handover, nothing slips.

A quotation is only the start of the job. Mullions now keeps track of everything after it: what stage each order is at, what has to happen next, who is doing it, and when. Your site engineers and sales staff get their day on WhatsApp every morning.

  10. Completed
  • A stage for every job — from enquiry to completed, changed in one click from the dashboard
  • Follow-ups with a date and a person — calls, site visits, measurements, payments, installations and complaints
  • The dashboard shows only what needs you — overdue, due today, this week and open complaints
  • Morning schedule on WhatsApp — each person gets their own list, with client, number and site address
  • A reminder before every visit — 15 minutes to 2 hours before, at the time you choose
  • Sent from your own WhatsApp Business number — your team needs no login and nothing to install

A message goes out only when the follow-up is complete: a date, a person from your team, and their mobile number. Each team member agrees before anything is sent.

Know where every order stands

Ten stages from enquiry to handover, plus on hold and lost. Filter the project list by stage to see everything in fabrication, or every quote waiting on the client.

Give each job to a person

Site engineer, measurement staff, fitter or salesperson. Everyone's day is in one list, and you can see who has what.

Their day, every morning

At the time you set, each person receives their schedule for the day on WhatsApp. On your working days only.

A nudge before the visit

A short WhatsApp reminder before each timed follow-up, so nobody turns up late at a client's site or forgets a call.

Complaints get closed

A complaint after handover is logged against the job, given to someone, and marked resolved with what was done.

Nothing goes quiet

When a follow-up is ticked off, Mullions asks what happened and what comes next, so the chain of calls and visits on a job never just stops.

The answer

One entry. Everything falls out of it.

You set up your profile sections and the deductions you actually use on the shop floor. After that, every size you type produces the same numbers your fabricator would work out by hand — instantly, and identically every time.

  • Glass cut size per panel, to the millimetre
  • Mesh cloth size for every mesh panel
  • Profile cut list with lengths and piece counts
  • Running metres and approximate aluminium weight
  • Price by sqft, by sqm, lump sum, or built up from material

Not every opening is a rectangle

Gable ends, raked heads, arches, splays.

The shapes that take longest to quote by hand are the ones most people guess at. Pick the head shape and the drawing, the cut lengths and the area all change together — so the price follows the glass you actually supply.

Glazed area

Same 1200 × 1000 opening. The rectangle would have billed 1.200 m² every time.

New · facade work

Curtain wall and facade, quoted from the grid.

A facade is not a bigger window, so it has projects of its own. Give the floor-to-floor heights, the mullion grid and how the glass in each floor is divided — flat, curved or all the way round — and it returns a 3D view, a drawing pack with grid lines and panel IDs, and a fabrication pack with every member, pane and bracket.

What it does

Built around how a quotation is actually put together.

Any size, typed in

Width and height in millimetres, from 300 mm upward with no upper limit. Small ventilator or a full shopfront — same box.

Your own profile systems

Add each section with its code, face width, weight per metre and a photograph of the section drawing. Set the deductions yourself — per system, and per product type within a system.

Import a whole system

Sections and deductions together in one spreadsheet. Load a dozen series in minutes instead of typing them in one at a time.

Glass, mesh, finish

Your own list with your own rates. Toughened, laminated, DGU, reflective, frosted — pick per item and change the rate per item.

Accessories per item

Handles, locks, rollers, gaskets, sealant. Rates come from your catalogue and can be edited on the line if the job needs it.

Price it your way

Rate per sqft, rate per sqm, lump sum, or built up from aluminium weight plus glass plus accessories. A manual figure always overrides.

Project-wise records

Client, site, contact and every product in one project. Add products as you go; the totals keep up.

Printable quotation

Letterhead, drawings, item table, glass schedule, mesh schedule, totals in words and your terms. Save it as a PDF and send it.

Nothing to install

No installer, no licence file, no update to apply. Open it and work.

Questions

Asked before anyone signs up.

If yours is not here, send it through the contact form.

No upper limit. The minimum is 300 mm, which covers the smallest ventilator. A 12,000 mm shopfront works exactly the same way.
They will once you set your deductions. Every deduction the software uses — frame to glass, frame to shutter, shutter to glass, interlock overlap, mesh clearances — is a number you type in and can change at any time. Change one and every quotation recalculates.
Yes, on every line. There is a manual total field that overrides the calculated figure completely, because every job is different and no formula covers all of them.
No. You add your team with their mobile numbers in the follow-up settings. Each person gets their morning schedule and reminders on WhatsApp, from your own WhatsApp Business number. Nothing to install and no password for them.
No. It runs in the browser. There is no installer and no update to apply.
You keep your own list with your own rate for each. Clear, tinted, frosted, reflective, toughened, laminated, double glazed — add whatever you sell, and pick one per item.
Yes. Each section in your system can carry an image of the section drawing, so what you quoted and what the shop floor sees are the same thing.
On secure servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically. Each company's data is walled off from every other company's at the database level, not just in the software. Your projects stay available for as long as you subscribe, and you can export everything at any time.
Any of them. Nothing is tied to a particular extruder. You enter the series you actually fabricate — an Indian system, an international one, or your own sections — and the deductions your shop uses. Deductions are held per system, and per product type within a system, so a fixed light and a slider in the same series can differ.
Yes. Put your sections and deductions in a spreadsheet, save as CSV and import the lot. You can export what you already have, edit it in Excel, and load it back.
Yes. Publish your sections and deductions as one spreadsheet and each fabricator imports it themselves. They get your numbers right the first time instead of copying them by hand.

Bring your own system

Any series. Any country. Import it from a spreadsheet.

The software does not come with a catalogue of somebody else’s profiles. You bring your own — the series you actually fabricate, with the deductions your own shop uses.

Import a whole system at once

Put your sections and deductions in a spreadsheet and load them in one go. Forty sections across a dozen series takes minutes, not an afternoon of typing.

Deductions per product type

A fixed light, a casement and a slider in the same series rarely share the same rebate. Set the numbers per family and every cut size follows.

Extruders and system houses

Sending the same profile data to fabricator after fabricator? Publish it once as a spreadsheet and your customers load it themselves, correctly, first time.

Quote your next job on it.
