From an empty screen to a printed quotation.
The only setup that matters is your profile sections and deductions. Do that once and every quotation after it is just typing sizes.
Sign in with a code
Enter your work email. A six-digit code arrives; type it in. There is no password to create and nothing to install.
Enter your company details
Name, address, phone, GSTIN and your logo. This becomes the letterhead on every quotation you print.
Set up your profile system
Add each section — code, name, role, face width, weight per metre — and upload the section drawing. Then set the deductions: frame to glass, frame to shutter, shutter to glass, interlock overlap and the mesh clearances.
Load your rates
Glass types, mesh types, finishes and accessories, each with your rate. Starter lists are already there; change them to yours.
Create a project
Client name, phone, site address and the quotation number. The number is generated for you with your own prefix.
Add products
Pick the type, type the width and height, choose glass, mesh, finish and accessories. The drawing redraws and the cut sizes appear as you type.
Price each line
Rate per sqft, per sqm, lump sum or built up from material — and a manual total whenever the job calls for it.
Print the quotation
Preview the A4 document, then save it as a PDF or print it. Everything is on it: drawings, sizes, schedules, totals and terms.
Your deductions.
Every fabricator deducts slightly differently — different sections, different practice, different tolerances. So the software does not guess. It asks you for seven numbers, in millimetres, and uses those for every calculation.
- Frame to fixed glass, per side
- Frame to shutter, per side
- Shutter to glass, per side
- Interlock overlap, total
- Frame to mesh panel, per side
- Mesh panel to mesh cloth, per side
- Extra glass clearance, per side
Change any one of them and every quotation in the system recalculates. Nothing is hard-coded.
Ten minutes to set up.
Add one profile system, load your rates, and quote a real job before you pay anything.
